I had a similar problem and it was because I had OVERFILLED the oil! I drained enough to make sure it was within the crosshatched markings on the dipstick and it started right up.
Sounds like its just 1 of the fans inside the case needs replacing or possibly the fan inside the power supply. These dont cost much and are easy to replace.
there is an issue in ur mouse pad/key pad...some keys are short or some keys are locked...
with respect to ur CD drive...it issue happens with the use and life of the laptop...
consult a service engineer....
or use a external USB drive...
Try a different monitor or this monitor on a different computer. If it makes same noise on different machine or new monitor makes no noise on your machine you need a new one.
