The screw holes are metric. The set is supplied with M5x25 screws to attach the pedestal, so the wall mount screws will be in that same range.

The pedestal screws are a different size than the mount screws. I would like to know what size are the mount screws?

SOURCE: no screws for the tv to mount to the bracket

You will 4 m5x18mm and 4 m5x25mm machine screws. That should do the trick..

TH-C4HD18

the four holes on rear are for wall mounted bracket, the stand that goes in bottom generally requires the removing of a cover plate which will be about size of the upper part of stand and will be approx four screws, remove cover and stand will slot in and fix with scres/bolts accordingly.

Can't find screw size to fit back of my 42in Toshiba Regza. I want to mount on wall. Screws that came with the 42in wall mount don't fit it. It's not a 5/16, 6mm, 8mm fine thread or course thread

M8 - according to a document I found online for a Toshiba mounting bracket kit for their LCD TVs the bolt size is M8. It should be easily available in a large hardware store or place that sells large flat screens.
Make sure you hand tighten it into the mounting hole before attaching any brackets, to judge the proper depth for tightening. Over-tightening with a long bolt could damage the TV.

I have a Panasonic TH-42PZ80U 42" plasma tv I would now like to mount on a wall. I have gotten conflicting information as to whether it is VESA or not. Can you tell me anything about wall mounts for...

Just purchase a mount for 42" and above They come in different styles for your likening and make sure the wall bracket gets mounted into the wall studs and your all set. No major job. I get $150 all day long for those installs.

Screw size for wall bracket

Hello. The best thing for you to do is take your bracket to a hardware store and get the largest diameter screw you can that will fit easily into the holes. Regarding length, you should try to screw into the wooden studs behind the sheetrock or plaster wall so you will want 2 and 1/2 or 3 inch screws. Be sure to drill a pilot hole for each screw but only go in half as deep as the screw is long and use a bit that is only half as big around as the screw is.

Does model th-c42hd18 require only a panasocin wall mount bracket. Seems others do not work

I am not familar with your exact model but my Panasonic TH-42PX600U 42 in. Plasma uses a generic brand wall mount. The first mount I bought would not fit so I returned it and bought a different brand which worked well. Start shopping your local stores (even walmart has a couple of different types to choose from), carefully open the packaging in case you need to return it and see if it will fit the mounting holes on the back of your TV. If it fits on the back of the TV then you should be good to go.

42'' LCD PLTV-4250 MOUNTING

The universal mounts generally have a selection of screws that are to fit different makes and models of tvs.
If you bought the appropriate size mount for the size of your TV, there should be mounting holes that match your TV, and screws that will secure it.
I have not seen any mounts that use more than four.
