Do you have a dual water inlet solenoid valve ? If so one side might be faulity.

if the water filter is a small open ended type filter it needs to be primed before it is installed.Air will build up inside the water lines and slow the water from coming out

Looks like there is a lot of sediment in your water. Install a whole house sediment filter to take care of this issue.

Pull the old one out and see what it is. Check you owners manual for proper replacement instructions. If you do not have and owners manual copy and paste the below URL into your address bar.

I'm not sure what the problem is either but I have the same problem that KDNPGN has (same Model too)

your water valve might be bad it locate behinde the fridg on the bottom you need to pool out the pip from it to see if it still leak..

there are different places a filter can be located. If inside the frig it will be in either the right or left far back corner. If not there it will be behind the grill in front of the frig. If not there it could be an in-line filter in rear of frig. If not there does your frig have one anyway. If not you can order an in-line filter about $25.00. Note some fridges don't come with a filter from the factory they have to be bought separate. BB
