SOURCE: Can i use AC Adaptor that has input: 230V-50Hz output: 9VDC to Creative SBS 2.1 370 Speaker?

Look at the label on the rear of the Creative SBS and make sure the 240v adapter you use matches what is stated there. eg. 9v d.c. 500ma
Provided the plug on the adapter fits in ok and the voltage is correct you must use an adapter with the minimum stated "ma" (milliamps). You can however use an adapter that has a greater "ma" capability....say up to 750ma, BUT you must not exceed the "v d.c." (DC voltage) rating.

SOURCE: my creative lab t3100 does

I couldn't find anything on the setup, but a lot of reviews reveal that people are happy with this system, and are driving it with their computers, so there has to be a way. If the unit doesn't have sound, check the feed to it, and make sure it's a good cable, and also that it has sound.
I don't understand the last part, about the speaker feeding into the computer before the woofer, just doesn't make sense to me.
Check out the directions more closely, to see if they're erroneous and try to correct the mistake. You may need just a second look at the setup to figure it out.
Good luck, and hope this helps.

SOURCE: my sound card driver has

Sound drivers are for the computer motherboard, you will not be able to find driver with SBS 230, as this is the model of the creative speakers you are using.\

If you are using a DELL, HP, Gateway or anyother brand of PC. Go to their website, e.g www.hp.com or www.dell.com.

Click on the drivers and softwares download section, type the model number or product number of your PC. You will find model number or product number on a sticker on the PC or the BIOS or the Invoice. Type the model number, the website will give you option to select the operating system, select the operating system you are using then click on Audio Driver, download and Install it.

Shrey

Can i use AC Adaptor that has input: 230V-50Hz output: 9VDC to Creative SBS 2.1 370 Speaker?

The Creative SBS 370 Works on 11.5V AC (IT IS NOT DC) 1600mA (Means 1.6 Ampere) and 18.4VA. So, the Power Adaptor which you connect to the power socket behind the woofer is an AC ADAPTOR and NOT A DC ACAPTOR.

No I cant get my sub woffer to work woofer. There is power to the unit .I am trying to connest it to a sound bar which has a sub out.

If there is power to the woofer then a signal input must power the woofer to work. So feed a test signal or a audio siignal from a DVD and if there is no output then the AMPLIFIER section had faults.
Unless the sealed unit is opened it cannot be tested to confirm if the output , the input to the AMP or the power supply has failed.
Check if there is power to the output section to confirm.

Creative SBS 2.1 370 Speaker - Volume Remote Controller not worki

Hi Arun!

Try to plug your speakers to an iPod or any MP3 Player to check if there's sound. If there is sound, then try plugging it to the green port at the back of your speakers.

If it doesn't have sounds then you need to buy a new speaker system.

Onkyo Subwoofer Pre Out Problem

May not necessarily be the out put, discontect the sub from the receiver and see if it still makes a hum, Making sure that you turn auto on, off on the sub woffer.
If it still makes a hum, then you have a earthing problem, you can get a earth filter put on your internal wiring in your home, or you can remove the earth pin on your sub woffer
