Samsung front load washing machine 5E Error code

If your Samsung washer is in the middle of a drain cycle and the 5E error code shows on your washers display, it means that the water is not properly draining out of the washer. Something may be clogged, jammed, or blocked and thus preventing water from draining out of the washer.

Hello i have LG washer 7 kg when the motor work a few minute the display show SE if i press switch start his continue normal and repeat this state after any time

@Mowafak
"LG 7Kg SE error...."

Hello M,
The error is 5E not SE.
They look the same on a digital display :)
This is a "Water not draining out" problem.
The machine detects level of water while draining.
If this does not drain in a 15 minute time-out, error 5 "5E" pops up on the digital time display.
Somewhere in the draining path, there is blockage.
Try this:
Check your drain hose for blockages, and that it is installed the correct way.
Remove the drain hose - prepare for a possible flood from the machine drain if you do this!
Use a garden hosepipe or strong pressure tap to flush hose forward and reverse until water runs clear.
If you live in a very cold climate maybe the hose is iced up inside.
Also check all filters to see they are not blocked up.
Hope this helps,
Clive.

My top loader washing machine shows SE. Please assist.

Hi!
I has the same 5E mistake with my Samsung washing mashine.
5E looks like SE on the screen, but it is 5E.

This is what the manual says:
5E - Your washer is not draining. It can
also mean that the unit senses a
small clog while draining

Do the following:
1) Turn off the unit and turn it on again.
2) Select only the Spin Cycle.
3) Press the Start/Pause to drain the water.
If it still does not drain, call for service.

My machine is showing se

SE also comes up as 5e
The '5E' Error is displayed when the water is not draining properly from the Washing Machine. If the water does not drain in 15 minutes, a buzzer will sound , and the remaining time indicator will show '5E' Error.
You can perform following steps to resolve the issue :

? Clean the debris filter.

? Make sure the drain hose is not clogged. To make it unclogged, Detach the drain hose from washing machine. Attach the spray nozzle to the end of the hose. Aim the sprayer into the clogged washer hose and spray water kinetically down the hose. Continue spraying until the hose is no longer clogged.

? Make sure the drain hose is not frozen.

? Make sure the drain hose is installed correctly.

Washing machine keeps stopping and SE shows

The error is SE/5E - drain error. The system is not draining properly. Problems could be the drain hose is clogged, the filter on the drain line needs cleaning (if you have one), or the drain pump is malfunctioning.

Samsung p1453 will not drain or spin

5E (or SE error) is displayed if the water level frequency detected is 25 KHz or less in the initial phase of the UNB -detecting cycle.

The Water Drain error can be cleared by turning POWER SW OFF and back ON.

Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I'll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

Thank you for using Fixya, and have a nice day.

7kg 1045 front loader, says SE or 5E wont drain, will open fill and wash but not draining

Hello & Welcome to FixYa
5E is a water drain error and occurs when the water level frequency does not show changes. First clean the debris filter located at the bottom of the washer and then turn the unit back on after 15 minutes. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

My load stops half way.The door is locked and will not open. It says SE??? My load has been in there for 2 days. I have tried to wash it again on another cycle, but it repeats the same thing again.

2. WATER DRAIN ERROR - Display shows 5E.

5E is displayed if the water level frequency detected is 25 KHz or less in the initial phase of the UNB -detecting cycle.

I would suggest a professional comes and takes a look if you don't want to be flooded :)
