You need to find out what model of graphices card you have in your machine or what the onboard graphices chip is. then go to the manufacturers website and download the matching driver.
Alternatively you can use a program such as DriverMax (or something similar) to identify what driver your system requires.

It doesn't seem that there are Windows 7 drivers for your motherboard (I'm assuming you're talking about your onboard graphics) - See here.
The best option you have is trying to install the VGA drivers for Windows 2000/XP and hope that works. Otherwise you're going to have to revert to Windows XP for your grapics to function correctly.
Another option you have is installing a 3dcard on the motherboard. Click here for a complete list of graphics cards supported.
I've seen the S3 site, they are a little confusing when it comes to picking the correct driver. I'd go HERE which is really just a Via arena that you can pick the OS, and away you go.
do you have *********** board cd if yes then try to install the drivers from their or try to download from the manufacture website.if you are having problem post back with the model no of your motherboard
