What exactly should I do to fix this problem? my problem is that my mp3 player say flash error ! please backup the data and format the player

Umm... Vague, but I'll work with it. Connect it to a PC. under "My Computer", find your device, and right click it. You should see "Format Device", or "format".This will remove any and all media from the device, as well as clear your settings.

in your case, there might a system file on your mp3 player that was corrupted, you really have to backup your file, copy all your files from your player to the pc and format your player.

2. Open Windows Media Player.
3. Go to the Sync or Devices tab and delete all content from the player.
4. Go to the Tools menu and select Options.
5. Select the Devices tab, highlight the ILO or Siren player and click on Properties.
6. Uncheck the box "Create Folder Hierarchy on Device"

save from mp3 to your pc hard drive and right click the mp3 iqon and click format then when done put the songs back on ..

MP3 ilo

You should backup your data and format the player. Plug her in, copy your music onto your computer, then format it by right clicking the drive in My Computer, then going to Format, then clicking Start. After it's finished, copy your music back over to the player and it should be sorted.
