Problem with the wireless mouse

Wait until the drivers for both are installed. If it didn't install properly, download the drivers manually here (http://www.logitech.com/support-downloads) and install it after.

Use the resync buttons to connect again

There are two additional screws under the rightmost numeric pad plus key cap and also under the tab key cap.

have you sync the keyboard with sensor just press the connect button from both the side .

Can you give me more information...What brand of mouse and keyboard are they?

Do they use seperated recievers or does one reciever work for both mouse and keyboard?

please go on control and look mouse setting and correct it. and also look battery of mouse, if not work there is hardwere fault. (nepal)

You might need to change the whole keyboard since you cannot change one letter key only.

Send it to the service center near you.

Note: If machine is under warranty no need to pay for the repairs.

reinstall the driver ..and check the plugs for proper insert ...if there was a problem and you started the pc ..and do not sow the device ...( problem like unpluging ..or out of batteries..) it is the chance that you need to go to the device manager ..and update the driver ...( from the disc ) or automatically cause the driver is still installed into the pc ...

open the Logitech utility and try to reconnect the keyboard and pair it with the mouse. if it doesnt work uninstall/reinstall the software for your wireless mouse/keyboard.
