Prints thick horizontal black lines about .75 inch wide and about .75 inch apart. When a test page is printed, all four colors have the same problem. The lines are so thick with toner that the page sticks to the fuser unit and I have to unjam the paper. Changed the black cartridge, no change. Cleaned everything there is to clean, no change. Calibrated it a couple of times, no change.

SOURCE: New toner prints very light. No setting changes on printer.
I had a similar problem, it turned out to be a cheap toner cartridge. Replaced it with an HP cartridge and have had any problem since.

SOURCE: Just replaced black cartridge in
If this just started after you replaced the toner cartridge, one would have to say that it is a bad toner cartridge.
Print something that smudges. Pull down the front cover and look at the cartridges. Pay attention to the top one(black).
Look at the drum on that cartridge. You should see the toner sitting there. Compare it to the other cartridges which should be clean.
