We are juicing carrots and apples and 1 piece of ginger. We peel all of these pieces of veggie and fruit before juicing. We are careful not to force any item into the juicer, but rather 'go with the flow' of the piece we are juicing. We have juiced for the last 4 mornings and this juicer shuts itself down and vibrates with no apparant reason. We end up changing the filter 3-4 times during a juicing session. How can we solve this problem? Thanks
FIRST DUMP THE FILTERS, THEY DECREASE YIELD AND MAY CAUSE MORE VIBRATION.
IF JUICER SHUTS DOWN PUSH RESET BUTTON ON BOTTOM. THIS TYPE OF JUICER DOES
NOT EJECT PULP AND REQUIRES SOME TIME TO MASTER. FEED THE STUFF SLOW AND
STEADY. WANT A GOOD JUICE? TRY 1 APPLE, 2 CARROTS, 2 CELERY AND A HALF LEMON.
IF YOU ARE REALLY BRAVE YOU CAN FINISH OFF BY SLOWLY POURING 6 OR 8 OUNCERS
OF WATER RIGHT DOWN THE CHUTE. THIS NOT ONLY DILUTES BUT LEECHES MORE JUICE
OUT OF THE PULP. JUICE SHOULD BE DILUTED AND DRANK SLOWLY.
Are you exceeding the capacity of the juicer? you will get about 2 and 1/2 large glasses of juice before the pulp fills the spinning basket. test--start the juicer and let it run for several minutes. If no problems then make sure the basket is seated and the shredder blade is centered before tightening. is it self stopping because of the vibration or what?
