I would suggest to contact singer, or a singer dealer & ask them

Take off your throat plate and make sure that there is not a piece of your needle still in there, brush it out and oil your machine if it needs it. Now rethread.

your machine is for embroidery only, embroidery machine do not have presser foot.

I use window xp.
I cannot send design to machine .
I open white program but it show " an unnamed file contains an
invalid path"
