Can anyone tell me what code 19,003.48 means for Xerox 8560?

19,003.48: Scale and offset error is too large. The voltages measured have more than a 20% error from their expected values. Something is wrong with the Electronics Module or the Wave Amplifier.
To prevent these discharges, a Grounding Clip (P/N 650442700) was added between the Y-Axis Motor mount and the Pick Clutch. Check that this clip is installed and contacts the metallic portion of the Pick Clutch.
Note
The Grounding Clip is factory installed in later versions of 8500/8550
models and in all 8560 models.

A scheduled maintenance is required to maintain the printer's performance. To do this, you need to install the proper maintenance kit.

Put a brand new maintenance kit in Xerox Phaser 8560 and it died

This is from the service manual. The lobes on the camshaft that rotates the maint kit up are know to crack. If they have rotated on the shaft this could cause your problem.
If you remove both sides and home everything it will come ready as long as nothing is broke

The 7,007.49, 7,008.41, 7009.42, and 7,010.43 errors indicate that the
Printhead was unable to tilt normally on its axis. Possible causes include:
??  The printer was powered off in the middle of a cleaning cycle and the
Wiper Blade has frozen to the Printhead.
??  A Drum Maintenance Camshaft lobe is broken and holding the Drum
Maintenance Kit’s oil roller against the Drum when it should be retracted
to its home position.
??  Process Drive not being aligned correctly.
??  A damaged Printhead Restraint.
??  Ink spilled in the Roll Block preventing proper Printhead motion.
??  Ink or other debris under the Printhead preventing proper motion.
??  The Wiper Assembly not being aligned correctly or ink spilled in the wiper
tracks.
??  The Head Tilt Gear not being homed correctly.
??  The X-Axis Motor nose cone not being installed correctly.
??  The ferrite torrid on the Printhead interface cable has slipped behind the
Printhead causing the Printhead to bind when it tilts backwards.
??  The black plastic shroud on the back of the Printhead is snapped off and
binding the Printhead when it tilts back.
Caution
After servicing the printer, manually set the following assemblies to their
home position before powering on the printer. See Section 6 for
instructions on setting these components to their home positions.
??  Printhead (tilted forward and disengaged from Printhead tilt gear)
??  Head Tilt Gear (disengaged from Process Drive train; arrows on left
frame point to each other)
??  Wiper Assembly (bottom of travel)
??  Process Drive (holes on Transfix Camshaft and Drum Maintenance
Camshaft line up with marks on frame, large gears within assembly
line up with holes in Process Drive housing)

My computer recently lost all video when I start up I get a series of 2 short and one long beep upon start up

Hello,

The code you get is usually a BIOS error code for falure to initalize the video startup. If you are able to enter the BIOS, try resetting everything to default setting and restart the pc.

Please keep in mind, this is a general solutions. Some manufacture have thier own codes for each product. If you are unable to solve this with what I have recommended, post the model of the motherboard and I will get the correct solutions information for you.

80 scheduled maintenance

This issue is just like changing your oil or the timing belt on your car. If you don't fix it correctly it leads to other problems. So, be warned. :+)

Here's what the Lexmark KB says:

On the Lexmark T520/522 series printers, we recommend that the maintenance kit be replaced after every 250,000 pages. If possible, an authorized service technician should replace the maintenance kit parts on these printers.

On the Lexmark T620/622 series printers, we recommend that the maintenance kit be replaced after every 300,000 pages. The maintenance kit parts for these printers are customer-installable, but some dismantling of the rear area of the printer is involved.

Note: The maintenance kit may need to be replaced more often if the customer is running heavy media (like card stock or labels) through the printer.
It is possible to clear the maintenance error message without replacing the kit. The printer will still operate, but some print quality problems may arise. However, this is not recommended as the message serves as a reminder that maintenance is due. If the printer is under warranty, the customer has to purchase the maintenance kit and have it replaced in order to keep the warranty active, although the on-site replacement itself may be covered under the warranty.
The parts that make up the maintenance kits are:
A fuser unit
A transfer roller
A charge roller
To find the part number of the maintenance kit needed for your printer, see Printers / Maintenance kits.
Clearing the maintenance message
To clear the message, you will need to go into the printer's configuration mode. Do the following:
  1. Press and hold the SELECT and the RETURN buttons as you power the printer on.
  2. Hold the buttons for six to eight seconds after turning on the power, then release them. (If you receive the maintenance message, press the Go or the Select button to continue past it.)
  3. Now, press the right Menu arrow until you see RESET MAINT CNT.
  4. Select this. You may need to press the Select button again. The printer display should briefly flash SAVED.
  5. Power the printer off and then back on in the normal way. The printer should now power up normally.
  6. If it does not and the error returns, repeat the above procedure.

System Error 07,007.40:36266

That is an issue with what is called the process drive motor assembly.
That is located on the right side on the lower front of the machine.
It is a motor with a gear train attached. Some things that happen is the the gear racks become mis timed. You have 2 locating holes and an arrow that have to align for it to run properly. The motor itself may be bad.
That assembly is responsible for driving the maintenance kit up and down to clean and prepare the drum. So something in the maintenance kit may be binding and or the lift plate for the maintenance kit may be broken or off track. That plate is the black plastic assembly that lifts the maintenance kit.
