I think your talking about the driver/software to make the sound card work?
If so you got scammed big time, and all drivers for hardware are free from their manufacturers, and maybe some other sites, but those may have viruses/spyware/malware, etc.

Should have the drivers/software for your device, which you didn't tell me was called.
Try to get the charges reversed if you did it by credit card.
It is possible that the files you got are all you need. They are probably in a driver directory and when you tell the computer to update the driver, point it to that directory and it will install.
If the card is already in your machine, in device manager, click on update driver. If you haven't yet installed the card, install it and when the computer starts it will ask for the driver. Point it to the directory where you downloaded the files.
Hope that works for you.

Thanks. I have asked Creative to give me the file again though it said it would automatically activate the audigy when I checked out after the payment :(
Did you get a .zip file? If so, you need to uncompress it into a folder. The .exe file should be within the folder once unzipped.
If you didn't get the download at all, you need to go tohttp://support.creative.com\ and contact their customer support. Use the "Contact Us" link
