Hello, If callers cant hear you when you speak to them on your phone,it means that your phones mouth piece is bad and you need to replace it and to do that you need to take it to phone repair shop.
You can also try using an external ear piece attached to the phone to make and receive calls before you fix the phone. I hope this helps you. contact me for more help.
sounds like your ear-piece is out most phone have external speakers on the phone which will allow you to hear the ringtone but if the ear piece is out you wont be about to hear you callers
if you cant hear caller voice. do one thing go to gallery and go to voice recorder and record some voice then save that then go to media and play recorded sound if its working means your loud speaker is working but not ear peic means (ear speaker) not working. so then you need to change ear speaker.you can do your self just watch video on online.
The problem is from your hear piece, it must have been damaged or bad, all you need is to replace it. For you to further know that the problem is from your ear piece, try to make use of handfree or headphone, if you probably hear your caller, then it means that the eart piece of the phone is damage or bad. You can give a phone engineer to repair it for you, or better still, samsung customer service center in your area.
i think what you speak will be heard by the persons who call you ...
you cant hear there voice because there is some loose contact in the speaker(ear piece) or it is dead or broken ...
if you are good at opening the handset then open it and refit the ear piece speaker correctly or if there is a problem in the speaker then it can be solved by replacing it ...
if you no idea of opening then just visit the technician he will do it but he may take some service charge for that ..
but the ear piece speaker is not at all costly it is very cheaply available ...
check the call volume while on call once before you do the above ...
i am sure you will be able to play the music ... dont just get confused because there will be 2 speakers in the handset one is the ear piece speaker which is used to hear the calls and one more is the loud speaker from which the music, etc will be heard ...
