Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.
sounds like the vertical adjustment has spanned beyond the screen, causing it to jump up and then upside down. after the cover is removed look for vertical adjustment and with a non-conductive screwdriver, adjust it a little bit either way to see if it fixes it, if it doesn't fix it, then look again for the right one.
Hello The fault [vertical rolling, jumping] will be due to some value detereated electrolytic capacitors at the vertical output section of your tV. Repalce all the eelctrolytic capacitors [5 or 6 of them], on the vertcical output section on the main board.
I think what you're talking about is the feature of the TV that auto-adjusts the screen for different pictures. What is does is tries to auto-fill the screen in case there are black bars on top (because of widescreen content) or on the side (regular tv content). It does it mistakenly if it notices too much black anywhere... happens a lot to me when credits are rolling. You can turn this off in your TV settings... I think you just set it to a specific type (widescreen, etc) instead of "auto".
I have a 3 yr old 55 inch mitsubishi TV and when I turn it on the green light starts flashing and I must reset the TV about four times before it finally comes on has anyone had this problem if so what solution did you have?
