No. Most likely not. Try contacting the manufacturer and give them a description of your watch. They most likely wont be able to help you becuase you need the numbers off the back of the watch in order for them to identify the watch...
Don't know, don't know and don't know. You have to give us more information! The watch is warrantied by the manufacturer not Macys. See if they sell the watch in the UK
if the watch is still keeping time but the stopwatch wont work then its probable that the watch has two modules inside, one for the normal hour and min hand and a module to run the stop watch. The cell on the stopwatch module will be flat and needs to be changed.Your watch is waterproof so take care who opens it and ask for it tom be re sealed or it wont be waterproof.
If you cant find a local watchmaker see www.rolexrepairs.co.uk where there is a postal repair service within a day or so.
mcdevito75 here, Possibly the battery is worn out. An old battery will not hold a charge, Visit a small watch repair shop in yourarea for a new battery.
First you have to check if the battery is on full power, as sometimes even brand new batteries are underpowered. Good battery should have 1.54 - 1.57 Volts of charge. If battery is ok and watch still not working - get the battery out and clean (scrape) all battery related contacts with steel needle untill they are shiny. Use the dust blower to get rid of cmall dirt particles. Replace the battery. Now the watch should work. If the watch doesn't work after cleaning contacts, then this is mechanical fault and you will need watchmakers help. Do not forget to rate, please.
check the battery, if it still wont work then try shaking it and see if there is something loss inside if there is, you bought the watch with already a technical problem
SORRY!!!
