Checked fuse and power supply still no power past the nnoise reducer

You really don't want to take them apart do to radiation. Take the screws out in back plate. Carefully and remove and look in to see if you see black burnt spots. If you see any then chances are the main board shorted out on microwave.DO NOT STICK ANY TOOL IN MICROWAVE IN BACK. Some do have a round fuse in back.If your does take it out with some heavy plastic. Make sure before you take back off unplug from wall and the push start 3 times with 5 second apart. This will allow all electric in the power reducer to discharge. then you can work on it. On sides of use it will tell you what amps it is. Good Luck

There are 2 thermostats or "thermal fuses" in it that would cause no power. One is on the magnetron, the other is above the microwave cavity near the middle. Have you checked/replaced both? You should have 120 volts between the white wire on the main relay on the circuit board & the black wire in the smaller connector on the board. If you do, bad board, if not, something before the board (fuses, thermostats, noise filter board, etc). Door switches, diode, capacitor would not cause no power to unit.

Then you have blown a fuse. Check inside the oven chamber and look for missing powder paint or signs of arcing, if so dispose of the microwave. If the inside is good remove all the screws and remove the cover. Replace the fuse. If the magnetron was making louder noises prior then replace the magnetron. Since the fuse went the giant capacitor is likely bad. While the cabinet is open make sure to look for burned wires, check the continuity of thermal cutoffs, and check the main circuit-board for burned traces or components. The relays in most electronics are known for arcing (spot welding) and staying in the wrong position. Tap them hard with the back end of a screwdriver. During all of this use safe electrical practices by having the power cord unplugged. The capacitor could still have a high charge on it so be careful.

To actually find out what's wrong, you need to disassemble the unit with a screw driver and check what's wrong. You will be needing a meter and continuity tester in order to read the components on the power board, once you detect any bad component, you can make necessary replacement at any electronics accessories store withing our vicinity. error 81 message is usually a fault in a relay....found on the LV transformer located beneath the noise filter....(noise filter is a ciarcuit board mounted to one side, should see 2x 10a fuses on it and a small 1.25A)...underneath, a circuit board...thats the lv transformer assy.
Check the 10A fuses first....if they are ok, change the entire transfromer assy.....easy enough to do, the part number is A692M3310GP
