Printer says "out of paper"..(glossy as was requested) Actually paper is Matte, but there was no box to check for that. Put in regular paper then changed to matt. Printer makes noise that sounds like it is printing, but nothing comes out. Is it jammed? How to fix?

The most important part of this is taking off the rear door / duplexer and cleaning the two rollers that you can just see inside the printer with the back off. Those two rollers inside the back of the printer (not the ones in the door or the ones hanging out the back when you take off the rear door) are the ones that pick up the paper and feed it up into the printer. Those rollers are hard to get to - long qtips are strongly suggested. If those get rollers dust or gunk on them, they get smooth and don't pick up paper as well.
