This is for windows 7,
1 - Right click on the taskbar and select properties
2 - Under the 'Taskbar' tab you'll see the 'Notification area', click the Customize button
3 - Click on "Turn system icons on or off"
4 - The first item should be clock. Select on instead of off.
5 - Click ok.

I have Windows XP. I followed your steps and there was no "clock" option; so, I am assuming that option is not available for XP. Thank you for your reply.

I meant "date" option. The clock is displayed already. Thx

Set Date and Time Display to FinePix T410 Camera

The date and time appear in the lower-left corner of the screen, both when taking pictures and when reviewing pictures you've already taken.

The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

I would like to display the date also at the right bottom corner of my computer. The time is already displayed there.

Which operating system do you have ?
The Window's taskbar organizes open and running programs, provides a quick way to access application shortcuts, and gives easy to access to important computer functions and utilities via the system tray. Most users of Windows center their workflow around the Window's task bar for its convenience and ease of use. With the clock function automatically enabled, users can add the date to their task bar while increasing the space for more application shortcuts.

Add The Date To The Taskbar In Windows XP/Vista Right-click on your Window's taskbar and click "Lock the taskbar" option to remove the check mark next to it and unlock your taskbar. If there is no check mark next to it, do not click it as your taskbar is already unlocked. Move your cursor to the top edge of the Start menu and wait for it to change into a double arrow. Click and hold the left mouse button and drag your mouse upwards until the taskbar physically changes in . When it does, it will add the day and the date under the time. Add The Date To The Taskbar In Windows 7 Right-click on the Window's taskbar and select "Properties" from the resulting menu. Click the check box next to "Use Small Icons" to disable the option. The icons will get slightly larger and the date will appear under the time. Click "Apply" followed by "Ok" to save your changes and exit the window.

How do I set the date in the right corner of my computer screen

Hello,
Just double click the clock on the lower right corner of your screen. It will give you the option to edit the date and time of your machine. If it prevents you from changing the date, that means you need an administrator account to edit the date.

How can i solve system calender problem.I cant fix the date and time.

For immediate results in fixing the date and time on your computer, double click on the taskbar at the bottom of your Windows screen. This is located on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. The date and time control panel on your computer will automatically open.

Adjust the Properties
Double click the clock. A smaller date and time properties menu will open as soon as you have double clicked on the time at the bottom of your Windows computer screen. To set the date and time on your personal computer, the process is quite simple. You can use your mouse to click on the correct day, month, and year. You will also see an image of a clock on the right-hand side of the properties menu that will display the corrected time that you have entered. When you are pleased with the corrections, simply click on the OK button on your computer screen. Most modern computers automatically adjust for daylight savings, but several older models do not. As a result, you will need to update the time as mentioned.

Time Zone
Adjust the time zone on your computer by clicking once on the time zone tab that is displayed on the same properties menu that opened when you clicked on the clock at the bottom of your computer screen. To set your time zone, you can choose the correct time zone from the drop down menu. Use the small arrow to show the options in the time zone menu on your computer. Once again, you can click OK when you are finished. If you choose to have your computer automatically updated for daylight savings, then be sure that the small box at the bottom of the time zone menu is checked.

I have the same problem and am researching this topic to find an answer. Unfortunately, I think I found an answer that I didn't want to hear; there isn't a date/time stamp with this camera (?). Hard to believe Sony could make such an intelligent piece of equipment and NOT have the capability to date/time stamp...I thought that was a standard specification for ALL cameras now-days. Monitor's display is shifted up and right so that there is just black space to the left and all along the bottom whereby cutting off the display. cannot see bottom menu bar.

One of the buttons on the front of you monitor (bottom right hand corner of the bezel) is a menu button. Press that then using the the arrows up and down buttons go the the horizontal and vertical positioning option. Once chosen move the display as desired.

You could also press the Auto (config) button, that may do the same for you.
