This is a very common problem, it is because of the flex cable that connects the screen and keypad through the hinge. You will need to find someone to do service. I do, outlet3g, but look for someone local, I am in New York.
this is two different problems you are having . fuzzy screens is one . dying battery is another. need to get both fix .manufacturing warranty i think is two year hurry.
You need to reinstall the mobile software as its corrupted ,you get it done by the phone company if its still under warranty ,or give lcal mobile repair center and get it fixed........
Try taking it back to the shop you bought it from and ask them if they know anything about it. Also google search your phone and see if anyone else has the same problem. I find if i have a problem with anything googling it helps.
Try this... go into your main menu - settings - ring style - loud detail - scroll down to see if the are any options there. This is where I went to turn off the keypad sound u might find it there.
There is not much i am do from so far but it sounds like it is coming from your main-board....so you need to take the phone to a mobile service center and have them fix the phone for you.
