No sounds my amplifier has no sounds in all output speaker., hope you help me for this matter...

The simplest way to trouble shoot is to swap the speaker connections at the back of the amplifier. If the problem follows the speaker than a connection, possibly internal to the speaker fails as the speaker warms up(voice coil).
If this swap indicates that the amplifier is the problem swap the channel inputs to confirm that it is internal to the amplifier. Also try a different source to confirm it is not the output of the source.

If not, than the amplifier would appear to have a problem. This would most likely require a qualified technician to repair.

Tthese amps are robust and you may have to choose an alternative speaker pair(example sub-room or speaker set 2) to maintain the set up you have. Also a internally shorted speaker may have the impedance low forcing an output protection feature.

Your Gamer 2 Amp turns on whenever an audio signal is present on the input. The amp can have trouble tuning on if the output of the source (computer sound card, etc.) has been turned down. This can happen easily if you use amplified speakers - if you turn the sound card's volume control down - and then increase the volume at the amplified speaker - the resulting sound is the same; even though the signal has been lowered. The problem is that the output from the sound card isn't sufficient to turn on the Gamer 2 Amp.

Try turning down the external speaker volume, then bump up the sound card volume. You'll probably need to adjust the other inputs individually (Wave, Mic, CD, etc) so that none is too loud or soft. Once the input values have been set, gradually increase the output of the sound card in the control panel application etc. while decreasing the volume on the amplified speaker to maintain a comfortable level. Eventually, you'll find the correct volume level on the sound card output that will wake up the Gamer 2 Amp.

I had a general look around for its specs but found nothing regarding its audio other than it has some which tells me its not going to be great otherwise they would brag about, it so improve its voice amplified speakers are essential.
You can try altering the load on it audio output this looks to be from the headphone socket. What do I mean?
When you plug in headphones they have an impedance in ohms which can be 8 16 32 or 64 ohms this loads down the output amplifier results in a shift in the audio range of frequencies.
An amplified set of speakers may present between say 1,000 to 10,000 ohms or more to this socket and can result in higher notes out doing bass notes, so by creating a lead in between with suitable adaptors fit say two 33ohm resistors one between its left and right channel to the ground common wire.
A person with good electronics knowledge can help you on this in making a lead
This value will not hurt your laptop but it might shift your music sound to your liking, also output volume has some bearing its a matter of adjusting output level with speakers input level to get a good result.
Another area is audio you hear is converted from digital to analogue and I have found that different software you use can give better tonal responses as they work better with your laptops audio system, one I found for free with codecs built in (basic range) made an old old notebook sound good as it was just a mono machine think it was "KM player" its why some dvd players have better sound than others depends on the building effort put in to making it, trial an error I am afraid.

If you meant that the subwoofer amplifier has the power in then we need to check the amplifier.If your subwoofer speaker is ok after testing with an 1.5 volt cell then you concentrate if the amplifer has packed up., After testing for fuse, speaker connection, speaker wires. you will have to check if your power amplifier output has failed. Since you have not mentioned the make/model i am not able to pin point but you may open and test for damaged output transistors, components and replace accordingly only if you are competant. No you dont need an amplifier. You can connect speakers without amplifiers to it. Even 2.1 and 5.1 can be connected without the amplifier. The max output will depend upon the speaker ratings, but I can guarantee you'll get sound enough to break your window ;)

I've connected like wise without amplifier and its working great.

If you are not getting sound from any of the 4 channels, I'd suspect that either the amp is not getting an input signal or the amp itself is faulty.

Here's the "no sound" troubleshooting step-by-step procedure from the JL manual:

1) Check the input signal using an AC voltmeter to measure the
voltage from the source unit while an appropriate test tone is
played through the source unit (disconnect the input cables
from the amplifier prior to this test). The frequency used should be in the range that is to be amplified by the amplifier (example; 50 Hz for a sub bass application or 1 kHz for a full range / high-pass application). A steady, sufficient voltage (between 200mV and 5.O-volts) should be present at the output of the signal cables.

2) Check the output of the amplifier. Using the procedure explained
in the previous check item (after plugging the input cables back into the amplifier) test for output at the speaker outputs of the amplifier. Unless you enjoy test tones at high levels, it is a good idea to remove the Speaker Connector Plugs from the amplifier while doing this. Turn the volume up approximately half way. 5V or more should be measured at the speaker outputs. This output level can vary greatly between amplifiers but it should not be in the millivolt range with the source unit at half volume. If you are reading
sufficient voltage, check your speaker connections as explained below.

3) Check to ensure that the speaker wires are making a good
connection with the metal inside the Speaker Connector Plugs. The speaker wire connectors are designed to accept up to 12 AWG wire. Make sure to strip the wire to allow for a sufficient connection with the metal inside each terminal.

If it is working fine and then shuts off and gets hot in just a matter of seconds then you are in the process of frying your amp. Disconnect all speakers and recheck your speaker load. Try only one speaker on one channel and then one on the other channel at first. Or better still, while you have all the speakers removed, try listening on headphones and see what happens. It sounds like you have seriously overloaded your output transistors with the wrong speaker configuration. Good luck.

This problem looks as if it can be you audio output amplifier stage of your TV. Also I would suggest shecking your remote and setup menu to make sure you are not in mute mode, this has happened at times. So your troubleshooting checklist is:

1) check the setup menu and remote to see if the TV is in mute mode

2) if you have the equipment check the audio at the output jack and the speaker.

3) unplug the set, take the back off and inspect the connections to the speaker.

*Only do the following if you have a background in electronics

4) Plug the set in and with a small audio amplifier check the output of the audio output stage if sound is present the check the circuitry on that path. If there is no sound the audio output IC or amplifier should be suspect in causing this problem.

This is an indication that the actual sound output is working, but the amplifiers to the speakers are not. How you could take care of this is to check in there are any loose connections to the speakers. Then check if you have sound coming from the leads of the output stereo amplifier (You will need the schematic and an audio tracer/tracker to find this location and test for sound). I would venture that there would be no sound from the amplifier. If not you will have to replace the amplifier chip. I would suggest getting a qualified TV technician to perform this task. If you do have sound at the output of the strereo amplifier chip, then it might be a case of the earphone jack switch being broken, let me explain when you plug in your earphone the speakers are disconnected by a switch in the earphone jack if this switch is broken it could disable the speakers and produce these results. There is also the possibility that you have the speaks disabled from the menu of your TV (check this too, actually check this first).

check volume balance between right and left-then change inter connection between sound source and amplifier with new cabel(i prefer gold plated type connectors)(see radio shack).
after that if the problem excit your fault in output transistors or output stereo ic depend on circuit design.
