Turn the printer off. Turn it back on again. Restart the computer. Restart SAP. See if that makes a difference.
Bummer. Thats the normal procedure for doing it. Can you tell if your forms are getting downloaded to the printer?
How about changing the rating there? I've been a technician for over 15 years on those printers and that is always the first step I gave you. I'm not there to troubleshoot it for you.
Do you have another printer cable you can try?
Sounds like the computer thinks the tmp.pj file is printing but it isn't.
What color is the light on the printer?
Do you have another printer you can try on that printer?
I'm concerned if the light isn't on. You should at least be getting a green light to indicate it is on line. Any error with the printer would indicate a flashing light.
Do you have any way of testing the ac adaptor for currect going to it?

Is there any messages on the lcd display when it trys to print or when the power is on?

Do you know how to replace the thermal head on the unit?

following are steps
I execute Z program by which data is transfered to local drive in tmp.pj file.
Then we open print program of barone. Here when we open this print program it prints the label in Z4M plus printer. Whereas, from yesterday it is deleting the tmp.jp file itself without printing the label.
Request your expertise solution on this, Please.
It doesn't show any light. Also I don't have another printer
