Your water line could be frozen inside the freezer door. Open your freezer door and remove the kick plate on the bottom of the unit. Follow the water line from the door under the unit and it will be clipped under the unit. Pull out the water line and disconnect either line from the coupler (push the water line in and hold the ring then pull out the line). After you do that close the door and try the water again, if you get water then you will need a low wattage heater for the door.
Just to quickly clarify, you will get water out of the lines at the floor with the lines disconnected not out of the door.

I fixed mine by leaving the light on the dispenser on. It took about 6 hrs, but the little heat from the light bulb was enough to defrost the water line.

First place to start is in the fridge. Look behind the crisper drawers for the water tank. It may have frozen at the outlet line. Try thawing it out with a hair dryer or a heat gun, being careful of course not to melt anything.

The water line freezes inside the freezer door. There is now an add-on water line heater you can install to thaw the line.
