Janome mylock 634D overlocker

Mylock 634D overlocker, while sewing it jammed. i have removed the needles and threads. still jammed. the wheel{large knob} on right hand side of machine that lifts the needles up and down is jammed, it wont turn. when press on foot it makes a buzzing noise but wont move. when the large knob is removed the fan will rotate but the needle arm still wont go up and down and the bar that the control knob is joined on to wont turn. is there a way that i can release it my self. thankyou

This very same thing happened to my flat machine turned out to be a piec of material jammed in the workings also wrong oil used or it might be thread jammed try and see

Janome 134D Overlocker

Set you differential at 1.0 and your loopers at about 3-4 the needle thread tensions are usually around 5 to 6.
 I would also suggest that you place four different color threads on machine to make it easier to adjust all. Now if you are using only 3 threads the same applies.
