Want to convert to natural gas. weber does not show a natural gas manifold. Any suggestions?

    have Weber S310 natural gas grill will only heat up to 450 deg.

You need to see if there is a model of your Weber that has Natural Gas. Then try and find that models replacement parts. If there is no such model, then it is a harder conversion as you need to change the Jets and the Pressure Regulator. Not just the Jets as some places state...

NOTE: Weber no longer offers or support conversion kits. If you do any conversion it will VOID you warranty!

That said, if you can find the parts online for the Natural Gas version of your grill you can convert it yourself if you are mechanically inclined.

You will need to change the JETS and the GAS REGULATOR. Unfortunately they do not sell official Weber Gas Jets alone. You will have to by the complete Natural Gas Manifold, valves and all as well as the Regulator...

Make sure you are comfortable with all of this... Leak testing etc...

The only thing you can do if Weber doesn't have a natural gas manifold for their grills , is to buy one that will fit. They use propane on outside grills because of the stability of the gas. Natural gas will blow out much easier.

Need to convert our Q300 propane grill to natural gas. Do you sell conversion kits?
Unfortunately, Weber grills are not convertible from one gas type to another. There are no conversion kits available for your model or any Weber model gas grill.

To confirm this, go to the following link and on page 2 under Warnings, last paragraph, left hand column, you can confirm this, if you like.

The only advantage to converting it to Natural Gas is not having to refill the grill tank. The downside, is that you will loose the heating capability that Propane has. It burns cleaner and hotter than Natural gas, in an outdoor environment.

Steve, you also need to change the burner(s) orifices to Natural Gas orifices. Natural gas won't work with Propane orifices.

Weber sells conversion kits. Basically, you need a new regulator and manifold to accommodate LP instead of the existing regulator/manifold setup for natural gas. Unfortunately, Weber does not sell their parts online. Their parts phone # is: 877-731-8081

Converting Weber from LP to Natural Gas
On the weber model you need to purchase the natural gas model. It will cost you alot more to buy all parts needed to convert. Weber doesnt want you to convert do to safety reasons. This is why they will only tell you you can't convert. Buy the right grill and save yourself a headache.
