Color of the picture printed out is not the same as the printed

I have a kodak 5300 easy share printer, recently when I print out some pictures, the colors are faded, for instant color green is printing light blue, color burgandy on a dress background of white curtain, color of curtain comes out purple. I calibrated it twice, put new ink and also cleaned the heads. please help.

Hi,

follow the step by step solution from kodak.

Choose All-in-one printer and then Print quality and follow the further steps. I think it's a problem with your printhead.

Kodak easyshare 5300 will not print right color on

press the menu button on the printer and go to clean print head and do a basic clean........make sure you are using genuine Kodak ink cartridges as there are retailers selling refilled and look alike.........if you still have same issue then its a print head issue and call kodak tech support they will replace it for you without any charge....let me know if this was helpful.........

Copier wont print color picture from computer

Please call 1.800.421.6699 and select option 01 for prints missing black or color ink. Kodak will send you a replacement printhead kit for free. I hope this helps.

You have a bad printhead. It is a known defect and Kodak will send you a new printhead.

Kodak Easy Share 5100 will not print after I changed black cartridge

Press copy and photo at the same time and print a demo sheet. Look at the eyes of the two kids in the picture, if they look like zombies, your printhead is clogged. try cleaning the printhead and print the demo again. If it's the same, you need a new printhead. Call Kodak.

Have you checked the ink level?
And does this happen only when you are tying to print a B&W only? Or if you print a color picture, does it print any black in the pictures?
