Cleaned coils, little help. Noise will go away after turning temp control to 0, but always comes back.

Sounds like the freezer fan is rubbing some wires or possible some foam insulation around the fan. I would look into the freezer compartment fan and go from there. The fan Will Shut off when you open the doors. Let me know how you make out and if you need anymore help.

Hi, Remove the rear inside freezer panel and you will be able to see the evaporator fan motor. The fan motor is what is squeeling.

your evaporator coil in the freezer behind the rear panel is iced up and cold air cant flow thru ice,defrost the evaporator coil,then check continuity of the heater element under the coil,if its good,then suspect the defrost control,usually located in the refrige side on the upper area

Maybe the defrost heater or terminator has failed and iced up the evaporator.
