If I understood users manual which I found via internet,it is digital system for PBX,so it means you can use it 100% if it is programed thru PBX system,so you need to call your IT personel to program it
for you.

The programming of a Panasonic system is located in the Installation Manual. Our US systems differ, so the link to my public website probably won't help you. Check with your Panasonic dealer and look around for a CD. In our systems, the manuals are delevered with the system on a CD.

If you are using the Kx-TA624 pbx (TES 824 models) system, program your phone unit (t7730) as follows: lifet handset, press FWD/DND button, press 3, then the outside line access code, then phone number, then #, then return handset.
If you are using the kx-ta1232 (higher models) of pbx system (usually with 9 or more CO lines cabable, use the following command:
lift handset, press FWD/DND button, press 6, then the outside line access code, then telehone number, then # then return handset to cradle.

i have a problem in panasonic pbx TDA 620 which tells all extensions are buzy when hhave been called and the stat of the card nothing neither red nor green solve this problem for me please thanks as always for your help

You needs to enter to a program mode inside the PBX option.

the name Its inside the PBX.
Once you on the Extension 101 enter program mode press choose program 004 select the station number and put the new employee`s name.
