I was trying to reheat food, I entered 1:30 min, 60% power... instead of touching start, touched power accidentally again, then pushed start and the oven shut itself off. I tried to unplug & plugged it back in, but still it's still not working. is there a reset process or button?

I'd say you have a contaminated or failing keypad or possibly residue on the boar dor where the keypad connects to the board.
Is it possible that some spray cleaner got into the controls?
I always recommend that users instead spray cleaner on a soft cloth then wipe the control panel.
Also, I always recommend non-ammonia cleaners since ammonia can crack and damage plastic.
Otherwise, the spray can get into the controls and lock it up or make it act odd.
If it does not dry out over time, it may need to be manually dried or blown out.
The keypad may be damaged or worn out, or control unit may be damaged.

Can you reply back with your full model number?
I'm suspecting you may have a failing keypad (membrane switch) on the control panel assembly.

There should also be a "mini-manual" hidden inside the unit behind the control panel, which is very helpful when troubleshooting.

You have a failing keypad.
If you (or someone you know) might want to replace it yourself, I have uploaded a handy guide with pictures showing you what's typically involved.

There are two options here:
1. Order a new control panel frame which has the keypad, trim piece and door button already installed and swap your control boards into it.
The original part number FPNLCB346MRK0 has been replaced by part # FPNLCB346MRK0B and it runs $58.28 plus shipping.
2. Disassemble your control panel frame, peel off the old keypad and stick a new one on.
Even though the keypad alone runs only $35.66, this job takes a lot of time and labor.
If you (or someone you
know) might want to replace just the keypad yourself, I have uploaded a handy guide with pictures showing you what's typically
involved.
Whichever option you choose, we have
the service manual for this model and have uploaded it to our
