Wont connect i am having problems withmy LG KP500. It sez that it is in connect mode but when i go to find things on it on my laptop it wont recegnise that it is there. A couple of my friends who have the same phone are having this problem too.?

First thing is that you need to change your phone connection type i had this same problem until my friend sorted it out.

All u need to do is go to > Menu > Settings > USB Connection then change it to mass storage device

This means that you wont have to use that stupid program you get with the phone, now you just have to drag and drop from your computer to your phone.

    I have broken the screen of my KP500 and it was on USB mode. Now I want to have access to my contacts. I tried to access it through PC suit, but the progrma demands it should first be switched to PC suit mode. How can I do that when the screen is broken. Please help

My LG cookie wont connect to the PC when using PC suite
what to do is , go onto the LG mobile site click on cookie or kp500 phone and get teh drivers for it , install these and then restart your computer and this should work then reconnect your phone and it should search for the drivers and install them

Wont charge
hello,

try to use the charger on another phone to see if works, if it does it means its not the charger.

then try to remove the battery and reinstall it, the try to charge again with phone off.

or you can try another charger on the phone, if it doesn't charge it must be the charging connection port on the phone that has a problem.
