My washing Bosch Excell 1400 Express does not fully spin anymore. Worked fine then stops spinning.Will start to spin at 11mins, then goes to full spin for about 20secs then stops and the time goes from 10-1 min. All the water has drained away though. Even if you move the dial to spin only it still does not fully spin.Have tried it empty but no luck.
Any answers please?

This new model detects how much loaded it is. they perform the spin according to the charge. If you tried it empty wont spin much. Do a full charge and you will see
