When you push toggle switch to start making ice; you hear a beep and a audible click, then nothing, it appears that the fuse is good....
Did you ever find a solution? mine does the same thing and drip tray is empty.
The nice man at fixice.com told me the solution. My problem was the sensor clips on the drip pan on top of the compressor.
The wires on the one of the clips were shorting out. As soon as I lifted the clip off of the pan the alarm stopped. Although my pan was dry except for a tiny bit of water in the bottom it was shorting by just touching the side of the pan. I didn't want to leave it unclipped in case it ever did overfill so I rigged the clip on so that the bare wire was not touching the sidewall but was inside the pan so it could sense an overfill. Thank you nice man at fixice.com!

I drained the water from the plug on mine and it started to work. The black plastic crew plug about 2 inches from the bottom of the unit, there is a rubber stopper you have to pull out.
