If you are talking about Herobrine in Minecraft, you can't. He isn't real. Well in vanilla minecraft at least. He is a mod though. If you want mods on Minecraft you better use the technic Luancher since its all filled with useable modpacks else you can install them manuly but all mods is not supported for MInecraft version 1,7,10 so you need to go down to atleast 1,6,4 to get some off the most whanted mods such as tree capacitor and the most inporten the forge mod loader
