I have a NorStar T7316E Corded Phone, and when the voicemail is activated, it doesn't ring at all. How do I change this so it rings for a set period of time before going through to voicemail?
Go to programming of Norstar which will be F**266344 password will be 266344.
Dispaly shows u terminal and extensions.
press show
then next display will show u capabilities.
Press show then next display will show u FWD no answer.press show then next.and change the ringing as per ur requirement.

It sounds like you are using DND or a feature code to send all calls to voice mail. What are you doing to activate the voice mail to get the calls to your vm?
What type of phone system do you have? Norstar or BCM?
