just had similar problem with frigidaire, temp display would go blank, not even show clock, i took off back of stove, the circuit board would wiggle. when i pushed in on the circuit board it worked correctly.
Hold in the two leftmost buttons (of 4??) and turn the litte knob to the correct time then let go the buttons.
On some clocks you will have to press the far right and far left simultaneously 2-4 sec.
to go int the set mode if this doesn't work try other combination of
two buttons until the display blinks.
To change time on your Bosch oven, please do the following:
1. Press the clock icon (above the MINUS (-) button repeatedly until the clock icon on the display illuminates.
Please note: There are 4 illuminated icons on the display above the time. There are 3 which have clocks on them. You need to make sure the 4th icon (on the far right) is illuminated on the display.
2. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the clock to the correct time.
Once you have set the correct time, the oven will return the displaying the time and the illuminated clock icon will disappear. You do not need to press anything to confirm the time is set.
If you are still having difficulty, please post back for further assistance.
Same thing happened to our Kenmore range and I found a solution on the web about fixing this problem on a fridgedaire range. It was to hold down the clock button for an extended time ~15 sec. It worked for our kenmore and hopefully for yours too.
When the power came back on, it sent a power surge to the ERC (clock assembly). Try turning the oven breaker off for 10-15 minutes, this is to reset the ERC. If the display still doesn't work, you will need to replace the ERC-Electronic Range Control.
try holding the clock pad/button in for 3-5 secs it sould beep and remain on . youve turned the display off. that should reset it. if not give a call to the manufacture. they get a lot of these calls when time changes back/ahead
if the-atdoesn't work sounds like you inadvertently turned of the display for clock try holding the clock button for 3-5 secs itll beep and remain on then
