The front trim pops off and behind that there are screws that hold the glass in place. once you remove the screws you can access the screen and clean the tubes.

I suspect wrong model number is listed here as this set makes no beep at turn on; older set made around 2000 but if it is your model here is some information to look at.
If there are plastic plugs on the sides of the tv (4) then you can take them out and expose a screw that if taken out will allow for this, otherwise you will have to get creative. good luck

Usually this problem is caused by part failure on circuit board. Most often in power supply or deflection circuit. You will need test equip. and soldering/desoldering tools to fix this set. Most repair services charge 275.00-475.00 to do this repair on a PS60690. Crate is removable by removing rear cover, disconnecting spk. plugs and keyboard plug. Loosen two screws and whole thing slides out. This can save you service call fee.
