We purchased a Philips 42PF7320A model the problem is we do not have a PIN# to unlock the TV channels in every time we turn the TV on we have to reset the channels and cannot unlock to auto program
Yuo can change the pin # even if you don't know the old one then you can can turn off with the new one.
Press the 'MENU' button on the remote control.
Press cursor down to select SETTINGS.
Press cursor right twice.
Press cursor down to select MENU PREFERENCES.
Press cursor right.
Press cursor down to select CHANGE PIN.
Press cursor right once.
Enter code 0711 if you have don't know yours
Enter a new four digit PIN using number buttons. Number combinations from 0000 to 9999 are valid.
When prompted to confirm PIN, enter new PIN again.
Press the 'MENU' button to exit the menu.
