Finding brand specific replacement parts in stock for a 20+ yo faucet without a Mod.# is quite the task, implying that you would have to do a side by side compareson/inspection. If in fact that part is not obsolete.
Maybe you should consider replacing the entire faucet.
Good luck

HOW TO FIX MOEN KITCHEN FAUCET SIDE SPRAYER CLOG

If it is simply clogged, soak the head in vinegar for an hour and use a brush to clean the scale from the spray head.

Instructions if your sprayer has failed:
To repair your moen sprayer, first pick up Moen part # 91192 diverter and a Moen #117 spout o-ring set. Remove the cap on handle, remove the screw on the interior cap and remove handle. Your spout can now be removed by pulling it straight up. Here is a pic of the part. Slide the diverter up and off the faucet post. Remove the two o-rings from the post and install only one large one and one small one onto post making sure to grease them with the silicone provided. The other small oring is for faucets without the spray. Discard it. Slide the new divertor down onto the post and reassemble the spout and handle assemblies. Make sure to properly engage the flat on the handle into the groove on the retainer nut when reinstalling.
Good luck!

No Hot water coming out when single handle on hot water side.Cold water comes out fine. Water in the lines leading to the taps, but no hot water coming out. This is a bathroom faucet Moen single handle.

Cartridge removal is a simple matter of exposing and pulling out the old cartridge. Before getting started, turn off both water valves underneath the sink and allow the water to run until the line is clear. Using a screwdriver, gently pry off the cap on the lever of the faucet handle to expose the cartridge. Remove the U-shaped retaining clip that holds the cartridge in place and pull the cartridge out. If dirt or residue makes removal difficult, use a Moen cartridge puller to assist you. A cartridge puller fits over the cartridge and gives you greater pulling power.

Soak the dirty cartridge in vinegar for four hours and replace.

If cleaning the cartridge does not work, call the Moen Helpline at 1-800-465-6636 or Customer Service at 1-800-465-6130 to order a free replacement. Locate the part number on the cover page of your instruction manual. If you no longer have the manual, look on the underside of the spout.

Replacing Moen O kitchen faucet O ring

if it is dripping from the spout then there is a cartridge that needs replaced...1225 for the single handle type and 1224 for the 2 handle type. Moen does not use O-rings in their valves. If it leaking around the base of the spout there is an oring kit that you will need and you will have to pull the spout off to access them. Most Moen faucets use a 117 kit for the spout but there are some different ones.

Moen kitchen faucet model 7430 leak

cartridge does not stop that type of leak. If it is leaking from around the base of the spout it is o-rings that are the problem that are onthe valve after you pull the spout all the way off.
