Hi agatha_12301,
These are the following steps on how you can connect your PSP to a laptop:
1. Using the USB cable connect PSP to your laptop. Just make sure that both ends are properly connected.
2. Once connected, On your PSP look for SETTING. After selecting it, choose USB CONNECTION.
3. Afterwards your PC will start to detect and will soon recognize your PSP. Laptop will prompt the drive for your PSP (ex.drive F:).

Websites that require a pasword

look for the tool bars in ninternet explorer find "tools" and click on it a scroll bar should pop up find a choice for "internet options" click on intenert options box should then pop up and there should be many tabs one of them will read "advanced" when you go to advanced you will find a button that says "reset" this is refering to the settings in intenet explorer. Psp connection...

I dont have ps3, but are you trying to connect thru wifi? if you have a usb cable, i always found it best to download the update off the psp website and transfer it to your psp, then run the update off it. that would be my suggestion, i think you can also connect your psp to your ps3 (lucky bugger) thru usb aswell, so thats what i suggest you do.
