Pixma mg3150 ink there but showing as empty

When using replacement or refill, Canon software will not detect them as new or filled with ink. Original cartridges have chips programmed with "counters" which determines how many times it could print. As long as it is printing, it is not really a problem just press the resume button.

I refilled both black and color ink catridges and after doing it plenty of lines are coming in the picture print outs even though letters appear good when i take black only .i did deep cleaning also .print...

insert your'e (prob. clogged) cartridge head surface into hot water for about 30 seconds. Then test the cart. over a paper tissue. If you see all colors test it on printer. If not you prob. need to vaccum the head. If all fails, replace cart.
good luck

My Canon Pixma IP1980 print has lines and color is not even, to much green.

I have refilled my canon iP 1980 printer catridges and I am currently encountering 2 problems:

a) The notification telling me that the ink is running low wil not dissapear.

b) There are lines across my documents when I print them. Those lines resemble those that occur when the ink is running out. however, I have already refilled it twice and am quite sure that the catridge is now full.

Please help--your advise will be greatly appreciated.

Reset ink level on CANON MP 140 PIXMA PRINTER

How to reset the Canon MP150 after a refill (Step 10 concerns refill; instructions below the steps):
Method1 (Safe Factory Method):
1) Disconnect the printer’s power outlet
2) Press and hold the power button while connecting the power outlet back.
3) While still holding down the power button, press the reset button twice.(red circle with a triangle)
4) Release the power button
The printer takes about 10 seconds to show the number 0.
5) Press + to change the value from 0 to 1.
6) When this value is 1, press colour button; this will light up two leds.
One is for plain paper and the other for photo paper. At this point is feed the printer with paper.
7) Press the power button twice and the printer will print a some stuff (if it doesn't print by itself, then press the "color" button once and the test sheet will print). Don’t worry much about the printed material. I got some stripped lines and some numbers. I believe that my colour cartridge is clogged which is why I got the green strips.
When you print this sheet the value in the display returns to zero.
8 ) Open the printer cover cover (not the scanner cover) and remove the cartridges. With the printer still open, disconnect the power outlet.
9) Close the lid and turn on the printer.
10) Refill cartridges and place them back in their nice little abode in the printer.

Printer MP160 service error 5010 after refill catridge

I had refilled the catrige, then when I start to print a 'service error' window will appear. At the LCD screed shows E.. 4 ..2. I believe the printer simply assume the catridge is depleted, but how can it happened as I already just refilled it.
How to make printer detected the catridge as a full? I really hope you can solve and make my refilling mission succesful and my printer work again.
