I have an LG French Door refrigerator with bottom drawer freezer. We just noticed that one side of the freezer drawer is not closing all the way and the food inside is frosty. If you push on the one side it will close, but it won't stay all the way closed without being pushed on. Any ideas? Thanks.
Remove all the food from the freezer and then the drawer from the cabinet. Now using a silicone based lubricant, lube the tracks up real well. Be sure to clean the tracks first if gunked up. Make sure nothing small fell out of the basket over time and is laying on the floor in the rear of the freezer section. Once done, you should be fine.

the one side is flush the other isnt, is there a set type screw on the drawer?
The problem is that the plastic drawer runner has collapsed ie the runner top surface has collapsedleaving a hole at the front of the runner. The drawer sinks into this hole and cannot be closed.
My freezer door will not shut completely. It stops about 3" from sealing making it useless.

I had this exact same problem. I noticed that as I was closing the drawer, the two sides were not actually parallel, and it seemed to be because of the bar that connects both sides with the gear on each end. I opened the drawer all the way and forced one of the gears to jump a tooth to make the side that wasn't closing get closer to the fridge. Voila! Both sides are parallel, and the freezer now closes fully and evenly!
Thatcher, I have the same issue..... how in the heck did you get the gear to jump a tooth? I feel like I will break it if I force that??!! Appreciate any insight!
