Sentry f3300 floor safe can not open

Some safes come with a key to open it with when this happens.key hole is cancelled under or near the keypad...not sure if yours is one of them.or there maybe a slot to plug in a battery pack .good luck..hope I have helped.

Maybe a locksmith,can open it.

The best way to break the rubber water proof seal is to push down on the left rear corner. That will pop open the front right corner need more help you can get my phone number here

Tries the Sentry website itself look for their customer 1-800... phone number and call them and talk to them find out did ur grandmother resgister the safe product if see did they can help u to open it.

locksmiths advise To unlock and open:
1. Insert key in lock and turn counterclockwise.
2. Apply downward pressure on top of the safe, while
pushing the latch in to release.

The Serial Number is printed on the small label on the right side of safe, on paper tag near bottom hinge, below the cover plate or you can look behind the handle with a mirror. Just note your model # and the serial #.

You will have to call the old owners only they can make it to were you can use it again .Sentrysafe.com will only send the info to the registered owner if not it would not be a safe .If you don't know the owers you will have to cut it out the floor or call a lock smith and have him open it and then remove the screws .The safe will be no good to you anymore .
