How do I thread the Lily 540 for twin needle sewing?

You need to have the auxiliry spool pin threaded, a twin needle of course, and the threading is the same exept when you go through the tension. You have to make sure you have one thread on each side of the center tension disk. And that's it. Make sure you only sew straight, or small zig zags. Or else you can break a needle.

Car cranks fine, replaced the fuel relay, camshaft positioning sensor, and a brand new coil and battery. car still turns over perfectly fine, but doesn't start

Turn the key to auxiliry but dont start it. Listen around the feul tak area to hear a humming sound. If you do,then fiel pump is fine. If not then replace fuel pump. If you do,then check timing belt

System won't recognize the Ipod, battery ok.

First, grab your friend or family members ipod and see if it works. If it does, then your problem is your ipod.
You'll probably end up needing to restore the ipod. connect your ipod to the computer and click restore. It's a major pain to have to do this I know, just because it takes forever. You wont loose any music or other data if you sync and transfer purchases first, but it fixes most problems.
If the different ipod doesn't work, then it's the sounddocks problem and you should return it. If for whatever reason you can't return it, there are ways to hack the sounddock so that it will take an auxiliry plug instead of the dock. Here's the simplest one I found, but there's a bunch of articles on it if you look.

Good luck!

Transmission PUMP???????

There is a pump inside the transmission and the trans would have to come out to get to it. If it is making a noise it is likely that you have metal fragments all through the tranny and in most cases you can't get it flushed properly. Best bet, get a used tranny and swap it out. Also remember to flush the tranny cooler in the radiator. Better still, don't use it and fit an auxiliry tranny cooler to prevent getting fragments into the new tranny.
I hope this helps
