Hi, it not a repair manual but a owners manual that is very helpful, the XL is my own personal favourite scooter but suffered from dodgy wiring and connectors otherwise it's a blast, I have reprogrammed the eGis controller to hit the max speed 10 mph.

I consider myself a pretty handy person and would like to have a manual and/or drawings available as reference if I decide to prepay my wife's Pride Legend XL myself...
sorry but you won't get them, that is propriety information, do what I do and use a multimeter set on continuity or low ohms reading so you can find out what connection links to what..Hard work but worth it if you have a fault in the cable(s).
Is it difficult to replace the brake mechanism on the pride legend? I consider myself pretty handy and am thinking of doing it myself...
hi, no you will need to remove the rear wheel then undo the screws holding the brake onto the side of the motor, can i ask why you feel the need to replace the brake ? with those brakes i come across a number of open circuits caused by a wire coming away from the coil, it can be fixed, get your multimeter out on ohms reading and measure the resistance of the brake, it must be disconnected , should read anything from 40 to 60ohms.. regards

Hi, sounds like the speed pot that is attachment to the throttle lever is worn and needs replacing, this is normally a 5K pot,
