Hi, I found theEpson suport in UK has a EB-S02H, if you think that might help. It has software for windows to control the projector. It also has the manual.

Depending on the age of the projector. Could be computer resolution, bad cable, burned up LCD filter (inside), or is set to NTSC instead of PAL or vise verse.
