Is this a brand new toy? If so, you can go back to the store where it was purchased and ask for their assistance.

If this was a gift, then you can ask assistance from Little Tikes' on their website http://www.littletikes.com/

If there is an identical nut attached to any other part of the equipment, remove it, and take it to your hardware store to see if they have a match, then put it back on after you find the new one.

Your 4 screws may hold the swing piece to the slide piece. You actually secure it to the slide side wall with one of the red screw caps but you can also secure it with 4 screws that screw into the plastic.  You can also find the manual and assembly instructions at littletikes.com
