Try rebooting the router and your internet - modem power off for 10 seconds then back on. Make certain your modem is connected to the internet by directly connecting with it using a LAN cable. If it is OK check the LAN cable between the to units - try a new cable.
The final solution is a factory reset of your router. You can do a factory reset by logging into the router using you browser. Go to the settings and perform a factory reset
If you forgot the router password, you ill have to do a factory reset by locating a small hold on the back of the router and insert the tip of of paper clip for about 10 seconds while the power is on. The router will be reset to out of box status and then you can set-up form scratch.

This is the fix from d-link:
Router rebooting itself
You
may be experiencing trouble with a feature known as UPnP(TM). This
feature allows Windows XP and Me machines to remotely open necessary
ports for Internet Applications. You may try disabling UPnP (on the
router AS WELL AS your computers) to see if this cures your reset woes.
Log into the web-based configuration, access the Tools page, then the
Misc. button. Choose the disabled button next to UPnP. Click Apply. You
should no longer experience the frequent resets.Try disabling in XP first to see if that fixes issue.

Try to reset the router first by pressing the reset button at the back of the router for 20 seconds then power cycle it by unplugging the power for 30 seconds then plug it back in. Here's how to set it up
1. You don't need to use the setup CD that came with it.
2. Make sure you have the proper physical connection
3. From your modem, connect the ethernet to the Internet/WAN port of the Dlink, then your computer to port # 1.
4. Do a power cycle. Unplug power to router and modem. Wait for 30 seconds. Power on the modem first, wait for all the lights to steady then power on the router. You should be all set

I have had multiple problems with these routers. They tend to drop signals or have other issues that are hard to explain in a few short sentences.
After you rebooted did you open your browser and type in the IP address to connect to the router software?
can you be more specific?

No solution, but why doesn't Samsung make this a little more user friendly... I am not a electronics geek, and I set up my PS3 in 5 minutes, and still can't figure out the Samsung Blue Ray player... contemplating just carrying it back for a refund!!
