I searched the web site and did not see a way to re-order the software. However you can download the drivers and burn it to a disk. Just click the following link http://www.dlink.com/products/?pid=DWL-G122
which will take you to your product within that window you will have to select Support Resources and choose the exact model of your adapter.
Try uninstalling the drivers (with the device disconnected) and updating it with new drivers. Then connect it and see if it works.
This site still has drivers for the dwl-g122: http://support.dlink.com/products/revision.asp?productId=DWL-G122
make sure you click the right revision number.
This happens all the time first make sure you download the right drivers for your model for ex: d-link is have D-Link DWL-G122 vs1 or D-Link DWL-G122 vs2 make sure you download tthe right one. If you have Vista make sure you download (VistaBETA) if not download (WinXP, WinME, Win2K) also this product does not work on Mac os!
