I have a Mitsubishi WD-52725 and had to unplug it today. When I plugged it back in, the green light flashed and kept flashing. I could not turn the set on. I followed the instructions in the troubleshooting pages of the manual and pressed the reset button, but the green light just keeps flashing. I unplugged the set for several hours and when I plugged it in again the green light just kept flashing. Tried the reset procedure again, but the green light just keeps on flashing.
This is a very serious problem. The green blinking LED means the TV is reading its software but it can't complete the task. The cause is the premature failure of dozens of capacitors on several circuit boards in the TV. To properly fix this, the chassis needs to sent to Mitsubishi for rebuilding. You'll need to contact a Mitsubishi authorized service center to do this. This is expensive and takes quite a bit of time.

The green light flashing is an error code. Count the number of flashes and it will tell the issue. Write back once you've counted the flashes. Also, was the TV having any issues before this? Was there a recent storm or power surge?
Call MITS, and try to get a tech to assist. Green timer flashing is "waiting for CPU to boot". Normally 70 seconds after plug-in. If doesn't stop, then not booting, and you won't be able to turn on. It only boots after being unplugged.
Unplug for a few minutes then plug back in to try to reset it. Sometimes it could take as long as overnight before pluging back in to reset. Number of blinks is usually a trouble code.
ther are some bad capacitors on the dm board in this tv, but this model is not layman friendly, we usually send in the entire chassis to Mitsubishi for a rebuild this cost about $300 then there is the cost of service also, this job will probably cost around $5 or 600 dollars.
It may very well be a connection issue with one of the wire connections as its not giving you a error code. I would double check the wire plug connections
