could you please let me know if it is difficult to replace and where to get the needed parts
Power off first!...fairly easy to remove...the fan motor is behind the back wall in the freezer.

freezer (evaperator) fan

The noise i suspect is coming from one of the 2 fans...if you hear the noise coming from inside the freezer it will be that fan thats noisy and if from down by the compressor that will the fan thats noisy. the part numbers for the fans are
fan in the freezer (evaprator fan) WR60X10185
fan by the compressor (condenser fan) WR60X10220
They could be purchased from your local appliance parts store or online at, searspartsdirect.com apdepot.com repairclinic.com apwagner.com partselect.com
If it is the fan that is noisy, check for loose fan or the fan blades catching the cover, if all o/k, then it will probably be a worn fan bearing, only solution would be to replace the fan motor.
probably the blades are hitting something , slide the fridge out and inspect, as far as it running all the time, many fridges run a lot more often than you think. the fan being noisy is drawing your attention to it more now.
